I’ve spent 20 years in the energy, energytech, and climatetech industries, working with early-stage and growth-stage companies on the three things that determine whether a good technology becomes a real business: go-to-market strategy, building the right team, and putting the operational foundation in place.

My background combines mechanical engineering with 20 years of strategy and advisory work in energy and climate — most of it with early-stage companies working through commercialization and growth.

Today I work directly with founders and their teams, helping them figure out where to take the business, how to build around it, and how to run it well as it grows.

My sweet spot is the Seed to Series C stage, when the technology is proven but the business around it still needs to be built. That's where strategic clarity, the right people, and strong operational foundations make the most difference.
